Clean, comfortable rooms. We stay here about once a year, and we have never been disappointed. The food at the continental breakfast is exceptional!
By far, the best Comfort Inn I've ever been in. And we stay in CI's regularly. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Even the food is the best I've ever eaten in a Comfort Inn. Fantastic patio! Wonderful staff. And you can't beat the location, right in the heart of Ohio's amish country. Many of my favorite places are within walking distance. Excellent.
This is a beautiful clean hotel. The staff was welcoming, fresh coffee,comfy beds.The locatpion is perfect for visiting the surrounding area. Very peaceful . Can't wait to return. So many places to visit!
The best hotel breakfast I've had and we travel a lot. The property is super clean and taken care of. Lots of outdoor seating. I was hesitant to stay at a Comfort hotel but this was way better than some bigger city $$ hotels. You can walk up the back outdoor stairs and explore the Berlin strip of amish stores which is super convenient. Farmstead is a must which is also walkable
My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights. Despite it being a more seasoned hotel, they managed to keep it exceptionally clean, free of any musky odors, and very welcoming. The staff was also very friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk who hand-delivered a new set of room keys when switching rooms. The breakfast buffet was also incredible- great, varied options in an area that provided ample seating. Special shoutout to Rita from the breakfast area, who goes above and beyond by providing exceptional and friendly customer service. Her "banana messages" made us smile and encouraged us every day. :) All in all, a wonderful hotel that offers a quiet stay in the center of beautiful Amish Country. Definitely recommend!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay on our way home from a business trip. The premises were clean and looked very very impressive as were the rooms I would highly recommend this hotel. Delightful people wonderful accommodations excellent breakfast in the morning

The hotel and room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the service was good. A little bit of a drive to Berlin, but not bad. Have stayed before and would stay again.
